Kind of Two is a duo composed of Stefano Alivesi and Mirco Doro, students at the “L. Canepa” Conservatory in the Jazz Guitar class led by Professor Antonio Pitzoi.
The duo blends the elegance of timeless standards with the compositional freedom of original pieces, creating a vibrant and authentic musical style which merges jazz improvisation with a distinctive stylistic exploration. Their sound traverses various jazz idioms, from traditional and modal to Latin influences, even touching on cinematic atmospheres.
At the heart of the project is the sonic interplay born from the dialogue between the two instruments, between the individual voices shaping a narrative that is both unique and alive.
